Loved it! We only had a few hours here which wasn't enough time. It's a cute spot, and the kids loved the steam train ride and gold panning.

Don't waste your money. Not friendly and not much going on!! Needs more interactive involvement.

A great place to visit, very informative and educational. Shame the visit was ruined by the overly obnoxious lady at the entrance booth.

Great one page spread in the West Coast Messenger this week of Shantytown back around it's opening date of 23rd January 1971. Do you have any photos of early Shantytown? We'd love to see them!
